A ticket is any 811 locate request you track inside Quick811 — one ticket number, one dig site. Tickets are counted when created and persist across your billing cycle. On the Free tier, the 25-ticket cap is cumulative, not monthly.
At the end of each month we tally the tickets processed that billing period and add the per-ticket charge to your base subscription. You see a line-item breakdown on every invoice so there are no surprises.
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and you're prorated for the remainder of the month. Downgrades apply at the start of your next billing cycle.
No. Quick811 is month-to-month. Cancel before your next billing date and you won't be charged again — no cancellation fees.
We'll notify you when you're approaching the 3-job or 25-ticket cap. You won't lose existing data, but you'll need to upgrade to create new jobs or tickets beyond the limit.
If you run into a billing issue in your first 30 days, reach out and we'll make it right. We don't issue prorated refunds for unused time after that, but cancellation always stops future charges.
