4. 811 Ticket, Job, and Project Information
When you use Quick811, we may collect and process information related to your 811 tickets, jobs, projects, work areas, and field operations. This may include:
- 811 ticket numbers and statuses

- Customer and contractor names
- Utility owner information
- Worksite addresses and dig locations
